MUST.tv productions

MUST productions’ job is to take content from the Biovoyager and the MUST site and turn it into exciting programmes to attract large audiences. Below is a brief description of our first projects.

the MUSTreport
“Everything you really want to know about saving our collective skins, but didn’t know who to ask…”

Produced every 6 months, this report is a serious piece of research, clothed in an exciting 45min – 1hr film, taking viewers through the cutting edge developments, pivotal events and inspirational characters changing society today. What’s happening, and where? What are the emerging technologies? Who’s using them? What significant trends are emerging, declining? – according to people who should know best.

The report will approach the material according to the ‘domains of change’ established in our survey of the leading practitioners of sustainability. Every 6 months MUST will ask the movement:

“what do you think represents the most significant advance towards sustainable society today?”

From the tagged list of projects, people and events, the MUSTreport will present representative stories and examine the emergindg trends as seen by different peer groups.

Viewers can expand on the themes of the report on the MUST site, via more in-depth content, educational material, links to projects profiles, and connections to local organisations involved in similar activities.

The report will be broadcast on MUST.tv and through affiliate websites, promoted through our viewer networks, distributed to member organisations’ databases, schools and universities, and made available to mainstream TV…

MUST news
A fast, fun weekly round up of Biovoyager events and stories, clips from the site, blog submissions and events from around the world of sustainability. 10 – 15 minutes in length, presented by Biovoyager crew in various locations and situations, with links from the ‘newsdesk’ at HQ.

For conscious adults with a sense of humour, and mature youth audiences, for broad syndication across the world of TV, webTV, local and community broadband channels.

Biovoyager
An ongoing vlog of the tour from inside the van, and the minds of the crew..! Daily pics and short clips for Biovoyager enthusiasts.

Biovoyager hopes to spawn copycat vehicles in other countries (some similar already exist) which, along with local factions of the MUST.tv network could create their own chapters of the MUST report. Eventually, MUSTnews could be broadcast from HUBs all over the world, with multiple roving Biovoyagers, turning the MUST report into a bi-annual global video-mash-up!

All this may also result in a series or film, ‘the making of Biovoyager’. We’ll be keeping the tape…
